Payments and Exchanges

Currently all product you see in our website are made to order.  In order for us to provide best possible prices to our end users, we had decided not to build up any unnecessary stocks so we may pass down more costs saving to our customers.

Order edits or cancellations

Your order can be edited and cancelled before order goes into our production stage. Process of order initializing, raw material preparation to place in cutting queue usually takes two to four days, although it all depends on quantities of orders and cutting queue, most of good will be cut in four days. We will allow to edit and cancel up three days and on fourth day the orders cannot be edited or cancelled.

All edited order will have sequential letter after order number (A, B, C and etc) and order will continue once raw materials gathered and go through production.  

Please note that in the event of you need to edit or cancel, Disposal or stock fee of 15% of cancelled order amount will be applied to the following next orders.

Payments

Currently we have temporary paused providing terms until further notice. When ordering you may opt to enter Send Invoice option. When our manufacturing process completes, an electronic invoice will be sent to account email address. Payment must be in form of Credit Card or bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide you with tracking numbers. 

Exchanges/Returns

In the event you have wrong or defective items. Please notify us immediately.  RMA will be issued, and remake process will begin. We will provide return label and exchange will begin with for the replacement for corrected products at no extra charge to you.

Please note, no additional products can be added to the remake orders, but remake and other orders can be combined with other unfulfilled orders for shipping without any notice. In the event of combined shipping both packing slips will be included in the box, and it will be marked accordingly.
