Shipping policy

NOW offering FedEx Shipping is pleased to feature free shipping on all orders over $1000 to the 48 contiguous states and all duties and our processing fees will be applied to the free shipping. Depending on the total amount of the merchandise you select and the location to which your items will be delivered, different shipping prices will be offered for orders under $1000.

To see your delivery cost that includes, documentation, duties and shipping charges, place your item(s) in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. For most orders and/or in-stock items leave our facility in United States or from Dominican Republic within three weeks.

Note: “Three Weeks” is for small to medium quantity orders means under ???. We will provide lead time if the ordered quantities pass our threshold of three weeks.

    International Shipping and Others.

    Your order will be subject to Brokerage Fees, Duties and Taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These additional charges are always the recipient's responsibility.


    Possible Delays

    Due to variable factors, we are not able to guarantee delivery times outside the United States. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

    Shipping to Australia

    Due to the recent requirement from the Australian government to collect a 10% goods and services tax (GST), Dancewear Solutions will now be collecting 10% GST on all Australian shipments. If you are registered to collect GST, you may be exempt.

    If you are an Australian GST-registered business making purchases for business use and possess an Australian Business Number (ABN), you may be exempt from this tax. If you meet these criteria, please contact customer Service at or call 000-111-1111 with:


    • The customer/business name on your Pozewear account
    • Your Pozewear account number
    • Your Australian Business Number (ABN)
    • Registered date for GST exempt status: DD/MM/YYYY


    Please note, we will continue to charge and remit the taxes up to the point we are able to validate your tax-exempt status.
